Provide long term care for adults and elderly.
Diagnosis and provide non-surgical treatment of diseases and injuries.
20 provider multi-specialty practice in two locations with, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics and Family Medicine staffed currently with 12 physicians (5 IM, 1 Med-peds, 1 geriatrician, 5 FP’s) and 8 mid-levels (2 PA’s, 6 FNP’s)
Clinic work is 4 patient contact days and one administrative day per week.
Medicine call is phone call only averaging 1|7.
Additionally, hospitalist shifts can be done for more reimbursement at a competitive rate.
