Our client in Northeast Utah is currently seeking a permanent Urologist for a private practice opportunity with an income guarantee or it could be a salaried employed hospital position.
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree
- B/E or B/C. Practicing candidates as well as 2014 residents and fellows.
- Could also consider an experienced FP who has deep experience in the ICU and adult medicine.
Practice Details:
- This is an outpatient position but with no call.
- Will see about 20 -25 patients a day, or more if they want to.
- The facility will support the candidate for practice management.
- Office right on hospital campus.
- PPO: 26%, Medicare: 23%, Blue Cross: 21%, Medicaid: 9%, Self Pay: 9%, Commercial: 5%, Workers Comp: 4%, HMO: 3%
