-Outpatient practice inside the hospital
-Scheduled rounding on practice's patients in the hospital (just down the elevator)
-No ICU procedures unassigned patients ER coverage etc
-All specialties available for consult
-Call schedule is 1:4
-Avg 17-20 patients per day 
-Some autonomy in creating schedule
-There are 4 Internists in the group
-Adding physician due to patient demand and impending retirement
-Option of direct salaried employment with health system or private practice scenario with income guarantee leading to partnership
-Salary in the $225000 range to start
