Required skills and experience:
- Experience in Geriatrics, Home Care or complex patients
- Active/unrestricted medical license and DEA
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- EMR experience
- Comfortable treating patients in their homes.
- Must have exceptional communication skills and willingness to lead and build a team.
- Must have the ability to lead and partner with NPs and support them with high risk patient cases.
- Comfortable treating patients in their homes and traveling out in the field with an assigned MA. - Company car provided.
