Required skills and experience:

  • Experience in Geriatrics, Home Care or complex patients
  • Active/unrestricted medical license and DEA
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • EMR experience 
  • Comfortable treating patients in their homes.
  • Must have exceptional communication skills and willingness to lead and build a team.
  • Must have the ability to lead and partner with NPs and support them with high risk patient cases.
  • Comfortable treating patients in their homes and traveling out in the field with an assigned MA. - Company car provided.
