Job Description:

• Outpatient only primary care practice model
• Must be board certified / eligible Internal Medicine (IM)
• Schedule is Monday-Friday
• 1 in 10 weekend coverage 
• 1 in 4 weekday call (phone only)

The practice team consist of 5 providers 4 nurse practitioners 1 nurse manager and a pharmacist.
