Practice Details

Home Visit Internal Medicine Opening in Akron Ohio

-Outpatient only work - home visits and assisting living facility visits
-Join a national group of over 150 physicians
-Receive a patient panel of approximately 200 patients to see monthly
-Visit 10 to 11 patients per day at homes and assisted living facilities with an assigned MA
-Schedule:  Monday – Friday 8 hour days.  NO nights/NO weekends/NO holidays
-Phone call:  4 weeks per year
-Treat only adults- primarily elderly population
-Offering starting base salary of $165K plus $20K potential per year in bonus incentives
-Income potential is $175K - $215K+ per year
-$7000 per year compensation for collaboration for 1 NP (can collaborate for up to 3)
-Benefits include malpractice with tail health/dental/vision short and long term disability 401K with matching excellent PTO CME allowance company car and gas.
