BE/BC Internal Medicine Physician needed for Westport and Saranac area, NY Period of Performance: 09/01/2016 through 03/31/2017 6 months + one 6 month option / No subs in first 90 days Place of Performance: Contractor shall furnish physician services at both the Westport CBOC, and Saranac Lake CBOC for the Samuel S. Stratton VA Medical Center. Business hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Except for Federal Holidays. Work hours at the Westport CBOC will be on Tuesdays of each week from 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. (Provider will have a ½ hour unpaid lunch each shift) Work hours at the Saranac Lake CBOC will be Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays of each week from 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. (Provider will have a ½ hour unpaid lunch each shift) Pay $85/hr plus housing/transport Send copy of : CV, license, Board Certificate, DEA, ACLS or BLS (front/back copies), list of 3 current references, any malpractice settlement info if it applies
