This opening is in Roxbury, one of Greater Boston's dynamic neighborhoods. It has beautiful tree-lined streets and is only 6 miles south-southwest of downtown Boston.

• Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm schedule with one evening weekly
• 32 patient contact hours with 8 admin hours (can work from home)
• Adult-only primary care practice in vibrant community health center
• Call is 1:8 (once every 8 nights), triaged first by NP
• Integrated behavioral health and primary care model
• Full support staff with physicians, nurses, and resource specialists
