Position Overview

• Internal Medicine role with flexibility across:

  • Hospital

  • Primary Care Clinic

  • Skilled Nursing Facility

• Location: MD area

• Monday–Friday, daytime hours

• Set your own schedule – very flexible

• Option to split time between hospital, clinic, and SNF settings

• Average daily volume: ~25 patients

  • ~7 hospital patients

  • ~18 SNF or primary care patients

• Physicians follow their own patients across care settings

• Consistent weekly coverage at the same hospital and SNF

• No required call, weekends, or evenings

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient Internal Medicine care

• Manage acute and chronic conditions

• Perform evaluations, follow-ups, new admissions, and sick visits

• Medication management and disease management for inpatient populations

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $275,000 annually

• Up to $25,000 annually in bonuses

• $10,000 sign-on bonus

• $5,000 relocation assistance

Candidate Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

• Eligible for or able to maintain a Maryland medical license

• Strong clinical skills and patient-centered approach

• Open to U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, J-1, and H-1B candidates

• Location of Medical Training: American Medical Graduate (AMG), Foreign Medical Graduate (FMG)
• Medical Training Type: Allopathic (MD), Osteopathic (DO)
