RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine Internal Medicine ( FM/PC IM )

• 300+ bed Regional Referral Center, Level II Trauma Center with draw area of 350,000+
• Outpatient only or Combination inpatient/outpatient practice – YOU CHOOSE
• NO OB or ER requirement
• Family Medicine – sees an average of 22 patients per day
• Internal Medicine – sees an average of 18 patients per day
• Work side-by-side with a tenured staff of physicians and mid-level providers

• Must Be Board Certified or Eligible with intent to certify if less than 2 years out of training
