Solo / Independent Practice Internal Medicine: General Job in Fort Lauderdale, Florida
This Internal Medicine: General opportunity in Fort Lauderdale, Florida is offered, among other options, as a Solo/Independent Practice arrangement. In this model, you would own and run your own practice rather than being employed directly — billing under your own name, building your own patient panel, and controlling staffing, scheduling, and practice style. The recruiting organization typically supports your start-up, and here that support includes an income guarantee as part of the listed financial structure, along with relocation assistance and a signing bonus.
This arrangement offers the highest degree of autonomy of the structures available for this role, along with the direct financial upside of practice ownership, in exchange for taking on the administrative and business responsibilities yourself. The financial offering for this listing is presented as an Open tier, to be discussed directly rather than fixed in advance.
Note that this position is also listed under other practice structures — including single-specialty group, multi-specialty group, hospital/clinic/MSO employment, and community health center/FQHC arrangements — so if independent ownership isn't the right fit, alternative structures for this same role may be available. There is no patient call rotation and no emergency department call associated with this role.
