Two Options: #1 Join a single specialty group of 2 (1 MD, 1PA) Established in 2005. Option for Partnership Competitive financial package being offered Call 1 in 5 Nice office in Melbourne – 5,000 square feet. Open to candidates who can practice inpatient/outpatient components or outpatient only. The practice has a strong Hispanic patient base (20%).. Therefore, incoming physician will need to be proficient in speaking Spanish. #2 Hospital Employed Multispecialty Group This is an outpatient only setting. All inpatients are referred to the hospitalists. 2 medical offices 30 year established multi-specialty group with 20 providers including a strong primary care presence. 6IM, 2Peds, 1Sports Med, 1 Card, 1RHU, 1 GS/VS, 1FP, 1 UR All members are board certified. Osler has a very large and loyal patient base. Strong patient load, with quick ramp up time for incoming physician. Call (telephone): 1 in 7 Financial package to include an initial one year salary guarantee then a competitive production based pay package, full and comprehensive benefits package to including malpractice, health, dental, vision, relocation expenses, vacation and CME. Commencement Bonus, and potential for medical education debt assistance. Prefer candidates with FL license application in process. Must be either board certified or board eligible (with plans to pursue board certification).
