Fantastic multi-specialty group practice which was established in 1993 and has grown to over 300 providers is looking to hire a primary care physician. They offer a salary guarantee and a bonus structure as well as a path to financial partnership after the first year. There is a buy-in to the practice after three years of employment. They offer many benefits including Health Insurance 20 paid days off per year and a relocation allowance of up to $7500. We also offer a $1500 per year CME allowance. They have an excellent 401K plan which is run through Fidelity Investments. 

Position: Internal Medicine or Family Practice Physician

Timeframe: As soon as available

Specialty Needed: Internal Medicine or Family Practice- Board Certified or Eligible.

Starting Salary: $160000 plus bonus incentive (negotiable)

Bonus: Bonus incentive begins in the first year and full productivity bonus in the second year and beyond
