Join a well-established and growing practice in Connecticut as either a family medicine physician or internist. They are affiliated with a prestigious organization, and offers a great work-life balance with no nights or weekends, a minimal call schedule, and a 100% outpatient role seeing all ages. You will see an average of 20 to 25 patients per day. There is a full suite of practice management services that allow the physicians to focus on patient care. They welcome board-certified physicians, or board-eligible physicians if they are within 2 years of their residency.

This employed model offers a competitive compensation package and excellent benefits. You will enjoy a 2- or 3-year base salary guarantee, then transitions to a productivity-based RVU model. You may also receive loan repayment, medical benefits, a 403(b), vacation time, and malpractice insurance.

This position is located in Groton, midway between New York and Boston. Groton is the largest municipality between New Haven, Connecticut, and the cities surrounding Providence, Rhode Island. Framed by the Thames River and the Mystic River, Groton is notable for its shores on Long Island Sound. The Naval Submarine Base New London is also located here.
