This Family Practice (without OB) position in Bakersfield, California is offered as a hospital/clinic-employed opportunity. In this arrangement, you are a W-2 employee of the hospital or clinic system, which administers your compensation, benefits, malpractice coverage, and scheduling, and provides the clinical facility, staff, and referral infrastructure.
