The employed position is with Covenant Medical Group in Lubbock, Texas but located in Odessa, Texas. We are looking for a physician dedicated to the care of children at Midland Memorial Hospital. The Pediatric department has a floor in the Midland Memorial Hospital dedicated specifically to pediatric needs and services. There are currently 12 beds in the pediatric unit and 2 intermediate care beds. The average daily census is 7-9 depending on the time of year. The physician schedule is 7 on and 7 off (12hr) shifts and will alternate weeks of days and nights, one week of nights each month. Additional compensation is available for additional shifts.
