• 24-hour call coverage -- out of house, 7am - 7am
• 1 - 5 patients per day -- nursery and 0 - 3 pediatric patients
• Hospital-based practice
• High risk deliveries and ED consults
• Level 1 nursery with low medical/surgical census
• Circumcisions preferred but not required
