NOCTURNIST

PRACTICE
*Hospital Employed position

*25 Weeks per year with one week PTO
*7 on 7 off, 12 hour night shifts (7 pm to 7 am)
*Three Nocturnists on each night shift
*Group of 30 Hospitalists
*12 Hospitalists on each day
*40 Bed ICU with intensivists / Must be comfortable running codes and doing procedures
*EPIC EMR
*Work in a modern 600 bed hospital 
*5 to 10 Admissions per night (AVG 8) / No rounding on the floor
*Lots of specialty support / Pulmonary/cc covers ICU until 11 pm
*Full benefits including malpractice, ONE WEEK PAID VACATION, health, etc.
*COMPENSATION
+350K Salary
+wRVU production 
+Quality incentive 
= $380K to $420K+ per year on average (Can do extra shifts and earn extra $50K+/yr or more)
*25,000 Sign-on and relocation
