This nocturnist hospitalist position in Mobile, Alabama is offered as a hospital/clinic-employed role: you would be a W-2 employee of the hiring organization, with compensation, benefits, malpractice coverage, and scheduling administered by the employer, and the clinical facility, staff, and referral infrastructure provided for you. The financial structure is an employment agreement with a production bonus, and the financial offering is listed in the $250,000–$274,999 range.
