Medical Director / Hospitalist / Nashville, TN Medical Director needed for Hospitalist Program in Nashville, Tennessee. • Must be American Medical School trained with some hospitalist directorship experience. • Nashville area Regional Medical Center seeks a Medical Director for an established Hospitalist program. • This Regional Medical center has 655+ beds. • They are looking for a Physician that is Board Certified in Internal Medicine with prior leadership responsibilities including a staff of over 10 hospitalist physicians. • The Medical director physician will need experience in committee membership (credentialing, peer review), staff development and CORE Measures. • This position will be 60% Clinical and 40% Administrative with a flexible schedule. • Medical Director's case load will be 10-12 patients daily with an Advanced Practitioner assigned.
