*300 Bed Hospital
*Great support staff (extenders)
*Four Hospitalists on each day
*Average 16 to 20 patients daily
*There is a designated Hospitalist that is admits each day
*Open ICU with specialty support
*Not required to do procedures
*Have two Nocturnists on each night
*Independent Contractor structure / hospital pays malpractice
