Solo / Independent Practice Hospitalist: Internal Medicine Job in Orlando, Florida
This Internal Medicine Hospitalist position in Orlando, Florida is a permanent opportunity offered as a solo/independent practice arrangement. In this structure, you would own and run your own practice rather than being employed: you bill under your own name, build your own patient panel, and control staffing, scheduling, and practice style. The recruiting organization supports this path through an income guarantee, helping offset the startup phase while you establish the practice. This model offers a high degree of autonomy and direct financial upside, along with the administrative and business responsibilities that come with ownership.
The financial offering for this listing is noted as National Average. There is no patient call requirement and no emergency department call rotation associated with this role.
This same position is also made available under several other arrangements, including single-specialty group, multi-specialty group, hospital/clinic employment, academic, military/VA, community health center, contract, part-time, administrative/medical director, virtual, and non-clinical case management structures — so if solo/independent practice isn't the right fit, related options may be worth exploring.
