Non-Clinical / Case Management Hospitalist: Internal Medicine Job in Orlando, Florida
This Internal Medicine hospitalist opportunity in Orlando, Florida is offered as a non-clinical case management arrangement. In this structure, your medical background is applied outside direct patient treatment — reviewing cases, coordinating care, and working with insurers, employers, or health organizations on utilization and care decisions. Positions like this are typically salaried, business-hours roles without call, suited to physicians looking to apply their clinical judgment in a non-clinical capacity.
Consistent with that structure, there is no patient call rotation and no emergency department call associated with this role. The financial offering for this listing is noted as the National Average tier, and the position is structured under one of several possible financial arrangements, including income guarantee, straight employment, or an employment agreement with production bonus.
This case management option is one of several practice structures under which this position is offered — it may also be available in solo, group, employed, academic, virtual, part-time, or other arrangements. Candidates may be board certified, board eligible, or board ineligible, and both MD and DO training backgrounds are accepted, with US citizens and green card holders eligible to apply.
