Internal Medicine Hospitalist

Our client in Northern California is currently looking for locum tenens Internal Medicine Hospitalist to join their team.

Requirements:

  • BC IM
  • 5-10 shift blocks per month preferred

Practice Details:

  • Shift Times: 5 day shifts (7a-7p or 9a-9p); 1 night shift (9p-7a)
  • Patients Per Shift: 12
  • Daily Census: 70
  • 10-15 admits per day, 4-8 admits at night
  • Shared admissions
  • ED will respond to codes
  • Procedures not required, but nocturnist needs to be able to do central lines and vent management
  • Open ICU, intensivists on call 24 hours
