Details of Opportunity:
- Immediate opening due to demand
- 6 day teams and 1 night team
- Average of 16 shifts per month includes 3-5 ED or Nights (not 7 on / 7 off at this time)
- Hospitalists do not respond to codes.
- Intensivist team does most of the procedures.
- Heavily Hispanic population

Compensation:
- Base salary plus productivity and quality bonus
