Hospital employed hospitalist group is looking to grow to five physicians just outside Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. Work Monday to Friday days rounding on a 16 patient census average. Share in a 1 in 5 night and weekend call rotation. No procedures and very minimal ICU work. Practice at only one hospital with about 200 beds and a serving area of about 150000 people. The hospital is offering a starting salary in the $180000 to $190000 range plus bonuses. They also provide malpractice relocation health/dental/vision 5 weeks paid vacation 401k life insurance short and long term disability CME allowance plus 1 week off and they also can provide medical school loan assistance. The community is 50 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh and 25 minutes from Morgantown. The local population is 80000 and is growing. Lots of outdoor activities in the area.
