REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have at least 1 year of experience.
- Must have completed an accredited Residency program.
- Must have an active, full, and unrestricted medical license in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the U.S. or the District of Columbia.
- Physicians who have ever had a license restricted, suspended, revoked, voluntarily revoked, voluntarily surrendered pending action or denied upon application will not be considered.
- Must be licensed and individually registered with the DEA in the State of Pennsylvania.
- Must have current BLS and ACLS Certifications.
- Must be able to speak, understand, read, and write English fluently.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
