This Family Medicine Hospitalist position in Fayetteville, North Carolina is offered as a hospital/clinic-employed arrangement. In this structure, you work as a W-2 employee of the hospital, clinic, or affiliated management organization, which handles compensation, benefits, malpractice coverage, and scheduling, while also supplying the clinical facility, staff, and referral infrastructure.
