• 7-on/7-off daytime block schedule with some night blocks shared with other hospitalists
• Established hospitalist team with APP assistance
• Open ICU is co-managed; procedure skills aren't mandatory but preferred
• Reasonable patient census average of 17 for rounding and admissions
• Will consider IM and FM physicians, including 2025 residents
