Multi-Specialty Group Hospitalist: Family Medicine Job in Brainerd, Minnesota
This hospitalist role in family medicine is based in Brainerd, Minnesota, and is offered as a permanent position. Among the ways it can be structured, this page describes it as a multi-specialty group arrangement — practicing alongside physicians across a range of specialties within one organization. In this model, referral relationships are largely internal, which can help build a patient panel more readily, and administrative functions are typically handled centrally. It is also worth noting this same job is listed under several other practice-structure options, including solo-independent, single-specialty group, and hospital/clinic/MSO employment, should you want to compare how it might be arranged differently.
Compensation for this position can be structured in a few ways, including an income guarantee, straight employment, an employment agreement with production bonus, or contract, and the financial offering is listed as Open.
Call coverage includes an emergency department call rotation of 1:6 or better. Board certified and board eligible candidates are considered, and both allopathic and osteopathic training backgrounds are accepted.
