Growing hospitalist program in Simi Valley CA seeks a hospitalist to join their practice. Work at one hospital. They have 7 physicians presently. Work a Monday to Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm seeing an average of 13 patients per day. They share in a 1 in 4 weekend call rotation. They do see patients in the ICU but no procedures are required. The physicians are all independent contractors earning well above the national average. They offer a $15000 monthly guarantee and production bonuses. They offer a sign on bonus as well. The community has over 150000 residents and is one of the most desirable areas in Southern California.
