Great opportunity to join an established hospitalist team in the Inland Empire California. They are a part of a larger managed care group and due to growth the need a medical director for this region. Clinical and administrative position. Work a Monday to Friday daytime schedule from 8 to 5 and share in a night and weekend call rotation of about 4 calls a month. See an average of 6 to 8 patients a day. The model is very patient care focused and working in a team setting to manage care. No ICU work required. Work out of 2 hospitals. This an employed position with the group and they are offering a competitive base salary in the $220000 range malpractice with tail and full benefits that include health and dental 401k with matching contributions $50000 life insurance policy 17 days PTO in year 1 and builds to 26 7 holidays and a flexible spending plan.
