Practice Details

Nocturnist needed to working in Northern California. This job is only 1 hour North of Sacramento. You will work a block schedule. They are flexible with 7 on 7 off or shorter. The shifts are 7pm-7am or 6pm-2am. This a 36 bed unit. The group has 18 physicians. Must be comfortable with codes central lines vents. You will respond to all codes. You will not do rounding. They are averaging 12 admissions at night. Work at only one hospital with 150 beds. Population is 16000 and the drawing area is 60000. This area offers Mediterranean climate and a ton of recreational activities. Only 70 miles from Sacramento. Very reasonable housing. Benefits include: health dental vision $5000 for relocation malpractice insurance CME expenses up to $2000 and Grand rounds every morning with 1 hour CME offered for each day's participation. All physician's are independent contractors.
