Great opportunity to join a highly respected private hospitalist group in the San Francisco Bay Marin County. The group currently has 13 hospitalists. Work at only ine hospital. The schedule they are hiring for is a night hospitalist to work 6pm to 7am; 7 days on and seven days off. In house coverage and average 8 admits per night. No procedures. Intensivists in place to cover ICU. There are swing docs to assist from 4pm to 1am. 12-14 shifts per month with ability to work additional swing shifts if desired.
The group is offering competetive compensation plus quarterly productivity bonuses and year end quality bonuses that averages an additional 10 to 20% of your total salary. They additionally cover malpractice with tail 401K health/dental CME allowance and more. Or there is the option to work on a 1099 basis if desired. They also offer profit sharing at the end of the year. It is located in one the most desirable areas of the San Francisco Bay.
