Practice Details

A large multi-specialty group in the San Fernando Valley California is looking for a nocturnist - hospitalist physician to work a 7on/7off shift model schedule. You will round on and admit for the group's patients only keeping the average inpatient census around 10-12 with about 5-6 average admits per night. You will rotate between two facilities each with about 250 beds. The two hospital are within 14 miles of each other as well. The group is offering a very competitive salary and will negotiate it with the candidate directly. Malpractice is covered as well as tail insurance for non-shareholders when leaving the group. This well established group has been in the community for over 40 years and they offer a shareholder option after the second year of employment. Full benefits include health-dental-life insurance-short/long term disability-401k after 6 months-4 weeks vacation/CME time-additional 15 holiday/personal time off-hospital dues and license coverage.
