- A premier hospitalist physician group in the Anaheim area of Orange County California is expanding by adding two additional hospitalists.
- There are currently seven hospitalist physicians and they are adding two more due to an increased patient load.
- The daytime schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm.
- The weekend call is currently 1:3 but the group is also hiring a weekend hospitalist to lighten that call schedule.
- Weeknight call is phone call only for that week and the pulmonologist for the group will handle inpatient visits after hours.
- The inpatient census averages 20 during the week and 30+ on the weekends.
- The hospitalists work primarily out of one hospital although they do admit to three others occasionally.
- The group is offering a competitive and negotiable salary starting at $220000.
