Hospitalist Program – Locum Tenens - California #3000
The hospitals serviced are O’Connor Hospital, Saint Louise Regional Hospital and Good Samaritan Hospital. O'Connor and Good Samaritan are six (6) miles apart in San Jose Proper while St Louise is in Gilroy.
The current need for Hospitalist in Gilroy at St Louise is one full time to cover the weekday’s 10 hour day shift physician and a hospitalist to participate in coverage at O’Connor and Good Samaritan Hospitals. The program in San Jose would require a few night shifts but at this time the majority will be days mainly at O’Connor Hospital.
There two Hospitalists working day shifts at O'Connor and St Louise Regional Hospital. All 3 facilities have nights covered. Hospitalists in San Jose work generally 14 to 18 shifts per month. (Additional shifts may be available.)
• Benefit package is excellent, and will be presented after first telephone interview.
• Physician salaries commensurate with experience: 0-3 years and 4+ years. Please do not ask about salary until a telephone interview has been completed.
• Salaries are competitive with Palo Alto, Stanford, and Kaiser.
• Foreign Medical Graduates with the right to work in the US will be considered. No visas are being accepted.
