Solo / Independent Practice Hospice/Palliative Care Job in North Fort Myers, Florida
This Hospice/Palliative Care position in North Fort Myers, Florida is offered as a solo/independent practice arrangement, one of several structures under which this role is available. In this model, you would run your own practice rather than being an employee — billing under your own name, building your patient panel, and directing staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day practice style. The recruiting organization typically supports this kind of start-up, often through an income guarantee, while you retain the autonomy and financial upside that comes with ownership, along with the associated business responsibilities.
Supporting this option, the financial structure includes an income guarantee, and the financial offering for this listing is presented as Open. A training stipend and loan assistance are also available. There is no emergency department call associated with this position.
Candidates may be board certified or board eligible, trained as MD or DO, and either American medical graduates or foreign medical graduates; applicants must hold US citizenship or a green card. Physicians at any experience level, from recently trained to very experienced, are welcome to apply, and the position may suit a range of community sizes.
