Job/Practice Description:
· Reports to the President of Hospice Affiliate
· Participates as a member of the Leadership Team to promote and ensure hospice and palliative care remains strongly rooted within the organization’s community
Profile Background:
· Medical degree with board certification in family medicine, internal medicine, emergency care or physical and rehabilitation medicine
· Five years of experience as a practicing physician in hospice, internal medicine, family practice, pediatrics, oncology or related field of medicine or recent graduate from Hospice & Palliative Care residency program
· Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy in the state of Colorado
· Valid Colorado state driver’s license and proof of insurance
