Atlanta, GA Area Hematology / Oncology Practice Opportunity
Hematologist/Oncologist needed in one of their office sites approx. 20 min. from metro Atlanta. They are a private group with different offices. There are also nurse practitioners and physician assistants within their group. Call would be at least 1 in 5, but the hospitalists at the local medical centers cover inpatients and their NPs and PAs take front line phone calls / admit patients. They average 50-60 new consults per month and 3-4 inpatients. Each physician averages 15-20 office patients per day. The office has EMR and participates in clinical trials/clinical research. The group offers comprehensive cancer care services, including radiation oncology, radiology, laboratory, social services, etc. Good quality of life can be experienced at this practice.
