- Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm schedule
- Full-time or part-time options available; minimum 3 days per week
- Care delivered via telemedicine and in-home visits using a value-based care model
- Lead and supervise a team of Nurse Practitioners as Medical Director
- Focus areas include symptom management, goals-of-care, and advance care planning
- Active California license and board-certified status required; DEA required
- Experience in palliative care or clinical leadership strongly preferred
