- Monday - Friday schedule, 8:30 am - 5 pm
- Full-time or part-time options; minimum 3 days per week commitment
- Care delivered primarily via telemedicine with some in-home visits
- Value-based care model providing support between traditional oncologist visits
- Lead and supervise a team of Nurse Practitioners in a collaborative setting
- Focus on symptom management, goals-of-care, and advance care planning
- Board-certified with palliative care or leadership experience preferred
