• Monday to Friday clinic hours 8 am - 5:30 pm -- 36 hours weekly
• 15 - 18 patient encounters per shift with 2 - 3 average daily patients
• Outpatient clinic setting
• Call rotation every 4th or 5th week including weekday consults
• Consultant role -- no direct admissions
• 5 - 6 phone consults per week
• Two provider positions available
