• 4-day work week option with 8 am - 5 pm schedule
• 100% outpatient role in established senior-focused primary care practice

• Board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine required
• Spanish bilingual skills preferred for diverse patient population
• Experience with Medicare guidelines and HEDIS quality metrics preferred
