As a part of this team, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients who are unable to leave their homes.
In this role, you'll be responsible for providing direct medical services and consultation to primary care homebound patients, while monitoring their condition and responsiveness to treatment. You'll also be expected to maintain complete patient records using the latest Electronic Medical Record technology, and to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Salary Range is $180,000 - $320,000
