COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Primary Care (FM & IM)
- $225,000 base salary and incentive bonus of $25,000 within first year = $250,000 salary in year one
- Sign-on Bonus of $25,000

- As you build your practice additional bonuses are added, bringing the realistic income potential to $300,000

- The physicians in this organization demonstrate accountability for outcomes, strong clinical care, and cost-effectiveness for each patient in their panel of up to 450 patients
- 100% outpatient, Monday through Friday, no weekends
