COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Primary Care (FM or IM)
- Compensation: $230,000 - $245,000 based on experience
- Sign-on bonus: $25,000 - $40,000 based on experience
- Additional incentive bonus of $25,000 before end of the first year = $250,000 first year annual salary
- Other benefits: 24 days PTO, CME days, CME allowance, covered malpractice (tail covered), relocation, and aggressive investment plans with company matching
