COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Primary Care (FM & IM)

- As you build your patient panel, you become eligible for incremental $25,000 bonuses, at a fully ramped panel of 400-450 patients, the income potential is $300,000
- Sign-on bonus: $25,000
