Contract Geriatrics Job in Miami, Florida
This Geriatrics opportunity in Miami, Florida is offered as a contract arrangement. Under this structure, you would engage as an independent contractor rather than an employee, typically compensated on a 1099 basis under a defined agreement covering term, schedule, and rate. You would generally handle your own benefits, retirement contributions, and tax withholding, with malpractice terms specified in the agreement itself. In exchange for taking on these responsibilities, contract roles often provide scheduling flexibility and competitive rates.
This same position is also listed under several other practice structures, including solo-independent, single-specialty and multi-specialty group settings, hospital/clinic/MSO employment, and community health center/FQHC arrangements — so the contract option described here is one of multiple ways this role may be structured.
